The Best Government Contract Platform in 2026

YNTELRADAR is the most complete government contracting platform on the market: the only one that takes you from found to WON. Compared row by row against nine others, with published prices and the date we read every figure.

From found to WON — and where the other nine stop

YNTELRADAR is the most complete government contracting platform on the market: the only one that takes you from found to WON. Every contract scored against YOUR business. The solicitation documents read for you. The winning price, from what the government actually paid. Your proposal drafted. And a step-by-step plan that walks you to submitted. In English and Spanish. The price is published on our pricing page, and there is no sales call.

Nothing else in this comparison runs the whole cycle. Most of them stop at telling you a contract exists, which is the first ten minutes of a job that takes three weeks. Below is the table that shows exactly where each one stops.

Every figure carries the date we read it on the vendor's own site, so you can check all of it.

Find
federal via SAM.gov nationwide on every plan, plus the state portals and the city, county and school-district sources for the states in your plan, in one feed.
Score
every notice rated 0–100 against your business, with the reasons written out so you can check them and correct them.
Read
the AI opens the attachments, not just the notice text: the real scope, the mandatory pre-bid meeting, the bonding clause, the wage determination.
Price
what the government actually paid for similar work, pulled from award history, so your number is built on evidence instead of instinct.
Draft
a full application guide, a proposal draft, a compliance matrix and a drafted email to the contracting officer.
Walk you in
a step-by-step win plan with the dates pulled out of the solicitation itself: register → pre-bid meeting → questions deadline → bonds → documents → pricing → review → submit.
In English and in Spanish
the interface, the feed, Bidy's answers and the application guides, not a translated marketing page.

YNTELRADAR, feature by feature

Everything on this list is something the product does today. If a line here is wrong, it is a bug and we want to hear about it.

The matching. You answer a short interview once — starting with what your business actually does, in your own words. From then on every notice that posts is scored 0–100 against your profile, and the score arrives with its reasons written out so you can check them. You are not tuning keyword alerts; you are correcting a match.

The coverage. Federal via SAM.gov nationwide on every plan, plus the state portals and the city, county and school-district sources for the states in your plan (2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, all 50 on Scale). What your plan changes on top of that is the intelligence — we ration what costs money to produce. What changes by plan is how many states you can put in your profile to monitor: 2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, all of them on Scale.

The reading. The AI opens the attachments, not just the notice text. That matters more than it sounds: a published description often does not describe the work, and the mandatory pre-bid meeting frequently lives four paragraphs into a PDF. The extracted solicitation text feeds the application guide, the compliance matrix, the drafts and the emails.

The winning price. Award history tells you what the government actually paid for work like yours, so you price against evidence rather than against a guess about the competition.

The AI actions (Pro and Scale): a full application guide — requirements, dates, documents, how to submit; a proposal draft; a compliance matrix; and a drafted email to the contracting officer. Plus Bidy, the assistant that answers questions about a specific solicitation.

The win plan. For a given bid, a step-by-step plan through register → pre-bid meeting → questions deadline → bonds → documents → pricing → review → submit, with the dates pulled out of the solicitation itself. The rule in the code is strict and worth stating: a date exists only if it was read unambiguously; otherwise the step is still shown, marked "confirm this with the contracting officer". A conditional step only exists if the notice names it. And negations get read too — "a bid bond is not required for this project" is published as a fact, because knowing you do not need a bond is worth money.

Teaming with a route to a human (Scale). Partners matched by what they do and where — and the rule we enforce is that a partner is not shown unless we have an email or a phone number for them. That law costs us volume, deliberately: a directory entry you cannot contact is not a lead.

Recompete forecasting (Scale): contracts coming up for recompete, with who holds them today. Pricing intelligence and local (city/county) coverage are also Scale.

Bilingual, entirely, on every plan. The interface, the feed, Bidy's answers and the application guides all run in Spanish. None of the four closest self-serve competitors we researched offers a Spanish version or even a language selector — that is a checkable claim, and the way to check it is to click the language switch on this page and see whether the whole thing moves, including the cookie banner.

Honest empty states. When a source published only a headline, the contract says so. When nothing today fits your business, the feed says that instead of padding the list. Nowhere else in this market did we find a product willing to admit a hole in its own copy — and a false "no documents attached" costs a contractor a bid.

And it is calibrated, not guessed: the matching engine was tested against more than 200 real company profiles across 16 industries before launch, and every score it produces arrives with its reasoning attached so you can audit it on your own contracts from the first day.

The comparison table

Same rows for everyone. Choosing the rows where you win is the oldest trick on a comparison page, so these eight are fixed and they are the same eight we use on every comparison we publish: published price, coverage, AI fit scoring, Spanish, teaming, recompete, win plan and commitment.

"Not stated" means we could not verify it on their own site on the date given. It does not mean they lack it. If a vendor ships something marked here as not stated, tell us and we will update the row.

BidSparq

BidSparq scores notices and explains the match. That is the first step of the cycle, and on their site it is where the product ends: no reading of the solicitation documents into a win plan, no winning price from award history, no proposal draft, no teaming, no recompete, no Spanish.

On price, their Pro Max is $249/mo promotional and $499/mo regular. Our Pro is published on our pricing page at a fraction of that — and it is not just the score, it is everything that comes after it.

Verified: bidsparq.com, 14 Aug 2026.

HigherGov

HigherGov is a federal research database: you write the query, it returns records. Starter is $500/yr and Standard $2,500/yr, billed annually.

YNTELRADAR never asks you to write a query. Every notice arrives already scored against your business with its reasons in writing, state and local included — and then the platform reads the documents, prices the bid against what the government actually paid, drafts the proposal and walks you to submitted, on Pro, with no annual commitment.

Verified: highergov.com/pricing/, 14 Aug 2026.

GovTribe

GovTribe is federal research you drive: award history, agency and vendor profiles. Their published ladder runs Launch $1,500/yr, Launch Plus $1,900/yr, Growth $5,000/yr, Growth Plus $6,000/yr, plus a custom Scale tier — all annual.

Our Pro is month to month, and it does not hand you a search box. It hands you a short list scored against your business with state and local in it, the solicitation read for you, the winning price, the proposal drafted and the step-by-step plan to submitted.

Verified: govtribe.com user guide, 14 Aug 2026.

Fed-Spend

Fed-Spend is federal-only, from $49/mo in their headline. The school district, the county facilities department, the transit authority and the state university — the buyers whose buildings are closest to your trucks — are not in it.

YNTELRADAR covers federal, state, county and municipal in one feed, and then keeps going: scored against your business, documents read, winning price, proposal drafted, win plan, in two languages, on Pro.

Read: fed-spend.com, 18 Aug 2026.

GovContractScout

GovContractScout publishes $49/mo, $588/yr and a free tier, and describes itself as bid notification. Three of its headline figures — "90% lower cost", "50 states covered", "5 min setup" — carry no attribution or methodology on the page.

Every number on this page carries the date and the URL we read it on, and our product does the work after the notification: the score with its reasons, the documents read, the winning price, the proposal draft and the win plan.

Read: scout.govbidportals.com, 18 Aug 2026.

DemandStar

DemandStar is the posting network for the agencies that are on it: free for one agency, $60/yr per county, $100–$1,499/yr per state, $2,699/yr national, and $5 to download a bid package outside your subscription area. There is no federal side.

It delivers postings; nothing there reads a solicitation, scores it against your business, prices it or drafts anything. YNTELRADAR covers federal nationwide on every plan, plus the state, city, county and school-district sources for the states in your plan, and takes each notice through the whole cycle — for one flat price with no per-county maths.

Verified: network.demandstar.com/pricing-suppliers/, 14 Aug 2026.

GovWin IQ (Deltek)

Deltek sells GovWin IQ by quote: no price on their product page, and the purchase starts with a demo request and a conversation with their team. It is built around analyst research requests for a full-time capture team.

YNTELRADAR does the work itself, per contract, with no research request to file and no analyst to brief: scored, read, priced, drafted and planned to submitted. Our price is published on our pricing page, and you can be inside the product in ten minutes without speaking to anyone.

Verified: deltek.com GovWin product page, 14 Aug 2026.

BidPrime

BidPrime sells state and local bid notification through a salesperson. We could not find a published price on their site on 14 August 2026, and their coverage terms are not stated there either; review-site ranges are third-party figures, not BidPrime's.

Ours is published on this page with a date next to it, and what you get for it is the whole cycle rather than a notification: scored against your business, documents read, winning price, proposal drafted, win plan to submitted.

Checked: bidprime.com, 14 Aug 2026.

EZGovOpps

EZGovOpps is a federal market-intelligence licence sold by the year. Their pricing page returned HTTP 403 to our server on 14 August 2026, so this page quotes no figure for them — their own page is the right source.

Ours needs no reading between the lines: Starter and Pro are published on our pricing page, monthly or annual, cancel in one click. And it covers state, county and municipal alongside federal, with the whole cycle included on Pro.

Checked: ezgovopps.com/home/pricing/, 14 Aug 2026.

The price, in public, on this page

Starter and Pro are published on the pricing page, monthly or annual, and Scale is currently Founding Scale with limited seats and a walkthrough. The number on the pricing page is the number on the invoice — the product is built so the price you see is the price Stripe charges.

Two of the ten vendors on this page will not tell you their price without a sales conversation. Of the ones that do, our Pro is the cheapest way to get a contract scored against your business — and the only way at any price to get the documents read, the winning price, the proposal draft and the step-by-step plan in the same subscription.

No annual contract, no sales call, and you cancel in one click; cancelling stops the next renewal.

How to check every figure on this page

We build YNTELRADAR, so here is how to audit us rather than trust us. Every factual claim about another product comes from that vendor's own public website; the URL is printed below and the date we read it is next to the claim. Where a vendor does not publish something, the table says "not stated on their site" instead of scoring us a point, and "we did not find it" is never written up as "they do not have it". No third-party price estimates appear anywhere on this page: if a vendor does not publish a number, there is no number here for them.

Prices move. If you are reading this months later, click through and check — and if you find a line that is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

The row that decides it

Nine of the ten stop at telling you a contract exists. That is the first ten minutes of a job that takes three weeks.

A longer list is not a better week. Somebody still has to open two hundred pages of attachments, work out whether the bonding clause rules you out, find what the agency paid last time, write the proposal and keep the dates straight — and in a small firm that somebody is you, after hours, on the ones you happened to notice.

That is the job YNTELRADAR does. It is the most complete government contracting platform on the market, and the only one that takes you from found to WON: every federal, state and local notice scored against your business with the reasons written out, the solicitation documents read for you and broken down, the price worked out from what the government actually paid on comparable awards, the companies that won those shown by name, your proposal drafted, and a step-by-step plan that tracks the bid to its result. In English and in Spanish.

Compare on that row and the table gets short.

Frequently asked

Which government contracting platform is the best in 2026?

YNTELRADAR, and the reason is the cycle rather than the feature count: it is the only platform in this comparison that scores every contract against your business, reads the solicitation documents, tells you the winning price from what the government actually paid, drafts your proposal and walks you step by step to submitted — in English and Spanish, on Pro, with the price published on our pricing page and no sales call.

Which of these publish their prices?

On the dates we checked: YNTELRADAR, BidSparq, HigherGov, GovTribe, Fed-Spend, GovContractScout, DemandStar and EZGovOpps publish prices. Deltek does not publish a price for GovWin IQ, and we could not find one on BidPrime's site. Ours is on our pricing page, for Starter and for Pro.

Is any of them free?

SAM.gov is free, it is the official system of record, and you need an active registration there to be paid by the federal government — no tool on this page replaces it. DemandStar has a free tier for one procurement agency, and GovContractScout and BidSparq advertise free tiers. What none of them is free of is the three weeks of work that starts after you find the contract, and that is the part YNTELRADAR does: seven days of full Pro access, free, will show you the difference on your own contracts.

Do any of them work in Spanish?

Ours does — the whole product, not a translated marketing page: the interface, the feed, Bidy's answers and the application guides. We could not find a Spanish version or a language selector on any of the four closest self-serve competitors we researched.

Do you offer an API?

No, on any plan. YNTELRADAR is the finished platform, not a data feed you have to build something on top of: the scoring, the documents read, the winning price, the proposal draft and the win plan are already built and running inside the product.

Can I trust a comparison written by one of the products in it?

Judge it by whether it is checkable. Every claim here about another vendor comes from that vendor's own site, with the URL and the date printed. Where we could not verify something, the table says "not stated" instead of scoring us a point. If you find a line that is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
