Where do the contracts come from?
Federal opportunities come from SAM.gov, and state, county and city work comes from the buying agencies' own portals. New markets are added continuously.
How quickly does something new show up?
As soon as it is published. Strong matches can reach you as an instant alert; everything else arrives in your digest.
Why does the same contract sometimes appear twice?
Because two different buyers published it, and collapsing them would hide real work. We tried it twice and both times a genuine, separately bidable contract disappeared. A duplicate on screen is annoying; a missing contract costs you a job.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes, completely — the product and this help centre. Switch language from the toggle in the header, next to the theme switch. It is not buried in settings.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Pro includes 3 seats and Scale 10. One seat covers two devices at the same time.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export what you have before you go, and ask us to delete the rest — we will. We do not sell it.
Do you guarantee I will win contracts?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we do is make sure you see the work you can win in time to bid it, and that you understand what it is asking before you spend a week on it.
Something is wrong. Who do I tell?
Support is inside your account, and a real person reads it. If a contract looks wrong, report it from the contract itself — that lands with the detail attached and gets fixed faster.
