The partner who covers the gap, never the whole job

When a contract needs capabilities you don't have, YNTELRADAR finds companies that cover exactly the missing scope — with the contact details and the outreach drafted. Complementarity is enforced: a partner covers your gap, never your whole scope.

The problem

Half the contracts a specialist can nearly win require one thing they don't do. Finding a partner means cold-searching for companies who are, more often than not, the competitors best positioned to take the whole job from you.

Strict complementarity is the rule of the engine

If you design fibre and the contract also needs installation, we surface installation-only firms — not full-service companies who could bid the whole thing alone. Handing a prime your opportunity is not a match, it's a referral to your competition.

Sized and located to be plausible

A partner ten times your size will run the bid. Matches are filtered by size and region so the split is one both sides would actually accept.

With the contact, or it isn't recommended

A named company with no way to reach it is homework, not a lead. If we don't have a point of contact, email, phone or site, the match doesn't get shown.

What this doesn't do

We introduce; we don't broker, vet or guarantee anyone. Due diligence on a teaming partner is yours, and it matters — you're putting your eligibility and your reputation next to theirs.

Counted from our own database when this page was last built, not from a marketing deck. “Open” means the response deadline hasn’t passed — the same definition the product uses.

What this normally costs

AI scoring, one-line summaries and amendment tracking are included on our $39/month plan — $392 a year. Enterprise contract-intelligence platforms are sold on annual contracts in the $12,000–$42,000 range (category pricing from public materials, 2025–2026). On price, that is at least 24× — and we don't require an annual contract.

We compare by category and never by name — that is how we work. What nobody else does is the whole cycle: scored against your business, documents read for you, priced against what the government actually paid, proposal drafted, and walked step by step to won. In two languages. The price is the last argument, not the first — and it is a number you can check against our own checkout.

Questions

Will you show my competitors my opportunities?

No. Complementarity is enforced in the matching engine, not left to judgement: a match has to cover the gap and not the whole scope.

Are the partners other YNTELRADAR members?

Both — members who opted into teaming, and companies identified from public award records. Member matching is opt-in.

The whole cycle, on every contract

A YNTELRADAR account carries federal, state and local notices — cities, counties, school districts and universities included — the whole way: each one scored against your business with the reasons written out, the solicitation documents read for you, the work priced from what the government actually paid on comparable awards and who won them, the recompetes flagged before the notice lands, teaming partners we hold a contact for, the proposal draft and the compliance matrix written, and the bid tracked from found to won — with a daily digest and instant alerts so it chases you. In English and Spanish. Nobody else covers the whole cycle.
