For drone and UAS service providers

Government contracts for drone and UAS services

Counting open contracts…

Agencies are buying aerial work they used to buy on foot — bridge and roof inspections, stockpile volumes, corridor mapping, disaster imagery — usually under NAICS 541370 or 541990. It's a young category, so the contracts are scattered and often described by the job rather than the aircraft. YNTELRADAR reads the solicitation text to find the ones that actually need a drone, then takes it from found to won: scored against your business, the flight scope, Part 107 and insurance requirements and deliverable formats read out of the documents, what the government actually paid on comparable survey and inspection awards, your proposal drafted, and every step walked through until the award. In English or Spanish.

Questions people in this trade ask

What NAICS codes cover drone work?

541370 (Surveying and Mapping) and 541990 (All Other Professional and Technical Services). Neither is a drone code — they're broad buckets — so we require the solicitation to name the aerial work before it counts. Otherwise you'd get every survey and consulting contract in the country.

Why are there so few open drone contracts?

Because the market is genuinely small and young, not because we're missing it. Much of the aerial work is still bought as a line item inside a survey or engineering contract rather than as a standalone drone RFP. We say that plainly instead of showing you a big number made of unrelated surveying work.

How do I find drone work that's buried in a larger contract?

That's the real opportunity here, and it's why the surveying and engineering feed matters to you as well. Set your profile to cover surveying and mapping too, and we'll score those solicitations against your capability so you can spot the ones with an aerial scope inside.

What credentials do agencies ask for?

Usually Part 107 remote pilot certification, liability insurance covering unmanned operations, and sometimes a waiver history for the airspace involved. Each opportunity we surface carries its documents so you can confirm before you bid.

Everything you get

The whole cycle, on every contract

Finding the notice is the part everyone does — it is public. This is the rest of the job.

Federal, state and local

We are not a SAM.gov reader — SAM is one source of many. State portals, plus cities, counties, school districts and universities. The map shows exactly how deep we go in your state.

Scored against your business

Every notice gets 0–100 against your codes, your states and the work you actually do — with the reasons written out and checkable against the notice itself, not a number you have to trust.

The solicitation documents, read for you

We open the attachments and pull out the scope, what you need to qualify, the conditions and every date — including whether the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. And you can put a question to the documents.

Priced from what the government actually paid

Not what the notice asks for: the award history under the same code, with real amounts, so your number starts from evidence instead of a guess.

Who won

The companies that won comparable contracts under the same code, with the agency, the amount and the date. Where a code has no history on file we say so, instead of showing zeros.

Recompetes

Multi-year contracts coming up for renewal, spotted well before the notice is published — the work starts long before the solicitation does.

Teaming

Partner matching for the work you can't take on alone — and only partners we actually hold a contact for.

The proposal, drafted

A proposal draft built from the solicitation and your profile, the compliance matrix, and the email to the contracting officer. You edit instead of starting from a blank page.

From found to won

The capture plan with its tasks, the deadlines on your calendar — exportable to .ics, which nobody else in this market does — and the bid followed through to its result.

Daily digest and instant alerts

A daily digest built around your profile, instant alerts on what can't wait, and a warning when a deadline moves. The product chases you, not the other way round.

In English and in Spanish

The whole product in English and Spanish — the feed, the emails, the PDFs and everything the AI writes. Not a translated home page.

Every tool in this market covers a slice of that list, and some cover their slice very well. Nobody else covers the whole cycle — that is what we built.
