For secure shredding and destruction companies
Government contracts for secure shredding and document destruction
Every agency that keeps records has to destroy them on a schedule — on-site shredding routes, purge jobs, media and hard-drive destruction with certificates — usually under NAICS 561990. It's recurring, unglamorous work with long contract terms, and it's easy to miss because it hides inside broader service codes. YNTELRADAR reads the solicitation text so you only see the destruction work, then takes it from found to won: scored against your business, the container counts, service frequencies and NAID and certificate-of-destruction requirements read out of the documents, what the government actually paid on comparable destruction awards, your proposal drafted, and every step walked through until the award. In English or Spanish.

Questions people in this trade ask
What NAICS code covers shredding contracts?
561990 — All Other Support Services. It's a catch-all code that also carries dozens of unrelated services, so the code alone would flood your feed. We require the solicitation to actually name shredding, destruction or media sanitization before it counts as yours.
Why does the live count look small?
Because it's honest. Destruction work is often folded into a broader facilities or records-management contract instead of posting on its own, and a lot of it is bought locally. We'd rather show you the few that are genuinely open than pad the page with support-services contracts that have nothing to do with your trade.
What do agencies usually require from a shredding vendor?
Typically NAID-style certification or an equivalent chain-of-custody standard, background-checked drivers, locked collection containers, and a certificate of destruction for each service. The requirement list is in the documents of every opportunity we surface.
Is this a good recurring-revenue contract?
It's one of the best shapes in the category: scheduled routes, multi-year terms with option years, and low bid-preparation cost. Winning one agency's route often makes the next nearby bid easier to price.
Everything you get
The whole cycle, on every contract
Finding the notice is the part everyone does — it is public. This is the rest of the job.
Federal, state and local
We are not a SAM.gov reader — SAM is one source of many. State portals, plus cities, counties, school districts and universities. The map shows exactly how deep we go in your state.
Scored against your business
Every notice gets 0–100 against your codes, your states and the work you actually do — with the reasons written out and checkable against the notice itself, not a number you have to trust.
The solicitation documents, read for you
We open the attachments and pull out the scope, what you need to qualify, the conditions and every date — including whether the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. And you can put a question to the documents.
Priced from what the government actually paid
Not what the notice asks for: the award history under the same code, with real amounts, so your number starts from evidence instead of a guess.
Who won
The companies that won comparable contracts under the same code, with the agency, the amount and the date. Where a code has no history on file we say so, instead of showing zeros.
Recompetes
Multi-year contracts coming up for renewal, spotted well before the notice is published — the work starts long before the solicitation does.
Teaming
Partner matching for the work you can't take on alone — and only partners we actually hold a contact for.
The proposal, drafted
A proposal draft built from the solicitation and your profile, the compliance matrix, and the email to the contracting officer. You edit instead of starting from a blank page.
From found to won
The capture plan with its tasks, the deadlines on your calendar — exportable to .ics, which nobody else in this market does — and the bid followed through to its result.
Daily digest and instant alerts
A daily digest built around your profile, instant alerts on what can't wait, and a warning when a deadline moves. The product chases you, not the other way round.
In English and in Spanish
The whole product in English and Spanish — the feed, the emails, the PDFs and everything the AI writes. Not a translated home page.
Every tool in this market covers a slice of that list, and some cover their slice very well. Nobody else covers the whole cycle — that is what we built.
