Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-15. These terms apply to everyone, everywhere — a contract doesn't change based on where you happen to be.

1. What YNTELRADAR is

YNTELRADAR is a software service that monitors U.S. federal contract opportunities, scores them against the business profile you provide, and delivers the matches to you. We are an information and productivity tool. We are not a law firm, a proposal-writing agency, or a government entity, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any U.S. government agency.

2. No guarantee of results

YNTELRADAR helps you find and evaluate opportunities faster. It does not guarantee that you will win any contract, receive any award, or achieve any particular outcome. Scores, summaries, and match assessments are informational aids generated in part by AI, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for reading the official solicitation or your own professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying every detail against the primary source before you act on it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free trial per person. You must be authorized to represent the business whose profile you create.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan (unless you locked a launch price, which stays in effect while your subscription remains active), until you cancel. Where offered, your first period may be a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the plan converts to paid and the first charge is made. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

5. Cancellation and no refunds

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, in whole or in part, for both monthly and annual plans. We do not prorate. If you cancel, any locked launch pricing ends and a future resubscription will be at the current rate.

6. Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute our data or scores, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, share one account across an organization in excess of your plan, misrepresent your eligibility, or use the service to break any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNTELRADAR and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, missed deadlines, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration seated in Florida, on an individual basis — you and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you (by email or in-product) before it takes effect and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new version. The version identifier at the top of this page changes whenever the terms do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
