Every contract, broken down for you
The documents behind a single contract routinely run past forty pages, and the things that decide whether you can bid are scattered through them. Now they arrive extracted, on the contract page, under a new Detailed breakdown section.
What it pulls out: the real scope of the work, with the quantities and measurements as the documents state them. What you need to qualify — licences, bonding, insurance limits, certifications, the past experience they require. Every date, including the pre-bid meeting and whether it is mandatory, which is the single most expensive thing to miss. How the award is actually decided — lowest price or best value, and the factors they will score. What you have to submit. And the special conditions that change your number: prevailing wages, retainage, period of performance, liquidated damages.
Forty pages of documents become about ninety seconds of reading.
Where the documents do not say something, the section says so — 'not stated in the documents' — instead of guessing. Nothing is inferred and nothing is filled in: if a solicitation is thin, the section does not appear at all rather than show you a breakdown that is not really there. And the link to the official documents sits at the bottom, because you should confirm against the source before you bid.
