The solicitation, broken down before you read it

A solicitation is forty pages of boilerplate wrapped around six things you actually need to decide with. We read the attached documents and lay those six out at the top of the contract, in your language, with the dates from the paperwork rather than from a listing field.

It appears on a contract once we have read its documents, and it says so plainly when we have not got to that one yet. We would rather show you nothing than a breakdown we made up.
